Since Starting Personal Training Paul Silcock in 2007 after he had a major heart attack which almost cost him his life. We have built a strong trusting friendship as trainer and client. In 2008 I entered Paul for the prestigious Fiitness First New new Awards, where he was the winner of the health category. Paul has always shown a keen interest in my Bodybuilding and his company R.S.D Developments has been my sponsor since 2008. As an amateur who receives no other funding I can honestly say without the support of R.S.D I would struggle to compete at the top level.

The restaurant is a great place for me to grab a bite to eat. Working in Halifax as a Personal Trainer can be a long day starting at 6.30 in the morning and finishing at sometimes 8.30 at night so I find myself eating at the restaurant almost everyday. During dieting in preparation for competition the chefs have always been helpful and understanding of my special food requirements and Adam the head chef has made some tasty dishes from the most plainest foods ( Chicken Salad with Sweet Potato Chip Wedges marinated in Cajun Spices). Eating at the restaurant has made my dieting so much more bearable from previous times when I had to prepare several meals the night before and then eat them from a plastic food container. I now enjoyed great tasty healthy food in authentic surroundings, where the waitresses (Capone angels) are always friendly. When not eating diet food I enjoy the great tasting selection of food dishes from the menu and specials board, the Rack of Ribs being my favourite dish. I can honestly say it is my favourite place to eat, whether I am dieting or taking family, friends or clients for a meal.
