SILVER OPTION
1 complimentary session free when you pay £100.00 for 4 sessions, including full fitness assessment.

Home Visits
PLATINUM OPTION
2 Sessions per week for 12 weeks £500.00 including full fitness assessment, dietary analysis & nutrition plan
GOLD OPTION
2 complimentary sessions when you pay £250.00 for 8 sessions, including full fitness assessment, dietary analysis & nutrition plan.
SILVER OPTION
1 complimentary session free when you pay £125.00 for 4 sessions, including full fitness assessment.
Fit4Life has a right to charge for any session un-attended without a prior 24 hours notice being given. (Pending circumstances) & if for any reason Fit4Life has to cancel, a prior 24 hours notice will be given to the client.
If either parties are late for their appointment the time will be made up or deducted as appropriate.
