Massage, Myofascial Release and Physiotherapy

Training my muscles hard four to five times a week I find that my pre, post stretching and myofascial release (SMR), even though a benefit, is not always to enough release those deep-in trigger points and tightness/tension in the muscles.
I now find that by working closely with Evolve Fitness & Physio, having regular massage for soft tissue release has helped with muscle balance, helps avoid the niggling aches and relax my muscles.
