Holistic Approach
At Fit4Life we believe in taking a holistic approach to healing the body and achieving the best results. We all know that exercise works and if all of our clients would start exercising a little more they would be in better shape. But the truth of the matter is that for many people ‘more’ exercise would mean giving up precious family time. We offer a solution to this by educating our clients in a synergistic lifestyle approach. Many of us as Personal Trainers over look the importance, or lack the training to be able to step in and create a truly personalized nutrition plan for our clients, to help them achieve faster results. If our clients are good they will hopefully exercise 3-4 times per week. But if they are eating incorrectly 21 times a week no matter how good your exercise program is it’s not going to ever give them the results they want. Lastly we look at the importance of detoxification. Including methods of detoxification along side exercise and nutrition to help reduce those negative emotional and physical feelings often associated with a new lifestyle program and to maximize the speed of the results they will achieve. The benefit of combining exercise, nutrition and detoxification together is that it creates a synergistic effect promoting far greater results than doing them all individually.
