Let me introduce myself, my name is Richard Grattan and I have been training since the age of 21. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2005 and have trained a variety of clients - from the person next door who wants to lose weight for their holiday to the professional athlete looking to achieve optimum performance.

I am a certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist with the National Academy of Sport Medicine (N.A.S.M) and Performance Training Solutions (P.T.S). I am also Certified Level 3 on the Register of exercise perfessionals National Governing Body.
Based in the largest health club chain in the world, I have access to all the most up to date facilities needed to achieve the desired fitness goal of the client.

People that would not feel comfortable training in a gym environment on their own feel that having a Personal Trainer in the gym gives them the confidence and after a sort time feel comfortable and safe in using the gym on their own. For those who feel they need the extra push having a Trainer is invaluable to achieving their goal.
